3-6 Months

AmazingBrainz® Home provides easy-to-follow daily activities specially designed for babies aged 3-6 months.

About this Programme

AmazingBrainz® Home provides easy-to-follow daily activities specially designed for babies aged 3-6 months.

Each activity is grounded in current research on brain development and helps your baby develop important skills through play, movement, music and everyday interactions.

Activities can be completed at home using simple household items and educational toys. Many of these toys can be used across multiple age groups, making them a valuable investment in your child’s development.

How the Programme Works

A Sensory-Based Learning Journey

The AmazingBrainz® Home 3-6 Months programme is built around your baby’s developing sensory systems. Activities are grouped into five important areas of development:

• Sight – helping your baby explore shapes, colours and visual tracking
• Hearing – encouraging listening, language and sound awareness
• Movement – promoting early motor skills, coordination and body awareness
• Touch – stimulating sensory exploration through different textures and experiences
• Smell – introducing your baby to a variety of safe and familiar scents

There are 20 activities for each sensory system, with the exception of Smell, which includes seven activities, as this sensory system develops more fully later in infancy.

Carefully Planned for You

While you are free to do any activity whenever it suits you and your baby, we have carefully organised the programme over the three-month period to make things easy for busy parents and caregivers.

• Activities are spread across the three months.
• You will receive two short activities each day.
• Each day focuses on one sensory system, allowing your baby to explore and learn without becoming overwhelmed.
• No planning is required — we’ve done the thinking for you.
• Developmental milestones are carefully monitored and supported throughout the programme.

Babies learn best through repetition and repeated opportunities to practise new skills. For this reason, some activities reappear throughout the programme.
Repeating activities helps your baby to:

• Strengthen neural connections in the brain
• Build confidence and familiarity
• Master new skills at their own pace
• Deepen learning through enjoyable, repeated experiences

By revisiting favourite activities, your baby is not simply repeating the same experience — they are building stronger foundations for future learning and development.
